Job OpportunityWe're seeking a seasoned professional to collaborate with our DEI team and drive strategic initiatives across the business.Key Responsibilities:- Translate cutting-edge DEI research, trends, and frameworks into actionable programs that enhance employee experiences.- Partner with cross-functional teams to support designated business functions and coach leaders on DEI strategy.In your first year, you'll have:- Worked with multiple business groups to identify and address DEI opportunities, designing and implementing tailored solutions.- Embedded our 'Pod' model, fostering collaboration between Talent Acquisition, Talent, Total Rewards, People Analytics, Employee Relations, HRBP, and Program Manager partners.- Contributed to the development of Atlassian's foundational DEI team as we expand.Required Capabilities:- Communicate complex topics in accessible language, customized for diverse functional groups.- Utilize data to identify causes of DEI challenges, design data-driven solutions, and measure progress.- Manage projects end-to-end, driving program review from concept to launch in a dynamic environment.Qualifications:- 8+ years of experience in talent management, organizational development, program management, or recruitment.- At least 4 years in the diversity, equity, and inclusion space.About This RoleThis opportunity is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about advancing DEI initiatives.BenefitsWe offer a competitive compensation package, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth and development.Contact InformationPlease submit your application, including your resume and a cover letter outlining your relevant experience and qualifications.
