Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leadership to integrate DEI principles into our overall business strategy.
  • Develop strategies to enhance equity and inclusion throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Define and report on key performance indicators for diversity, equity, and inclusion outcomes.
  • Champion DEI through partnerships and collaborations across the organization.
  • Analyze data and metrics to assess the influence of DEI initiatives on business outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a strategic DEI-related role.
  • Strong understanding of business strategy and ability to translate DEI concepts into tangible outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
