Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Business Partner to work closely with senior-level executives on strategic people and culture matters.

  • Identify key priorities for the region under the leadership of the APAC Talent Lead.
  • Provide support across initiatives by partnering with assigned leaders to examine the people impact of new business opportunities or creating efficiencies/growth plans.
  • Support regional leadership on the ground by providing oversight and partnership for operational and strategic talent agenda items.
  • Drive performance management best practices to ensure talent success.
  • Partner and seek support from COEs to problem solve people's problems in the region that require support.
  • Help leaders identify opportunities for change within their groups. Support them through the change by providing sound business recommendations considering talent and business requirements.
  • Bring awareness of competitive environments and market trends in the ANZ region.
  • Support implementation of annual remuneration review process; help ensure global mobility is conducted in a fair and standardized manner.
  • Lead action planning process and implementation of successful strategies to address issues identified by Aristocrat's employee survey and DEI Strategy.
About This Role

This role requires a minimum of 7-8 years of prior experience in fast-paced industries such as technology, finance, healthcare, or professional services.

  • Experience in business partnering, people & culture, or strategic HR roles, ideally in a multinational environment.
  • A Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Expertise in organisational design, change management, and talent strategy.
  • The ability to work with different Centres of Excellence and operate in a consultative manner leaning in on the P&C Operating model.
  • An appreciation for working across different cultures and time zones.
  • Relationship Management and Influencing Skills.
