- Communication Excellence:
- Manage customer interactions, coordinating internal and external communication with diverse stakeholders
- Present engineering deliverables in an executive-friendly format, taking charge when necessary
- Leadership & Collaboration:
- Deliver Superior Services through consulting and account management deliverables, guaranteeing outstanding customer service
- Lead deployment and post-deployment relationship of Enhanced Services with customers and partners
- Innovation to Drive Results:
- Analyze data to create Service Delivery Plans tailored to each customer, ensuring measurable outcomes
- Deliver key metrics and tasks enhancing customer stability and best practices
- 8+ years of experience in senior customer service roles
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of expertise
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, influencing clients at all levels
- Judgment skills and ability to prioritize customer needs
