Job Description:

This role is a key position within our organization, focusing on post-sales success, onboarding, retention, and ongoing customer engagement to ensure customers get the most from our product suite.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client-facing sales or customer success roles, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. They will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, simplifying complex ideas, and advocating for customer needs cross-departmentally.

  • Provide a solutions-focused post-sales experience that supports long-term customer satisfaction and partnership growth.
  • Help customers adopt and activate our product suite.
  • Ensure timely and accurate responses when engaging with other departments.
  • Collaborate with the Existing Business AE to support upsell opportunities and account strategy.
  • Maintain regular customer contact and meet activity KPIs and SLAs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A strong track record of managing high-volume accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • At least 3 years' experience in client-facing sales or customer success roles, preferably in SaaS or technology.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills, as well as strong relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of childcare management software is essential, along with proficiency in CRM management (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
