Job Title: Client Engagement Lead

We are seeking a skilled Client Engagement Lead to spearhead the success of our clients.

This key role involves fostering strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and matching them with our technology solutions that best align with their goals. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring their satisfaction.

  • Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with engineers and product specialists to provide technical support as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strategic account plans to drive value for clients.
  • Provide valuable insights on market trends, unmet needs, and opportunities for growth.
  • Become a trusted advisor to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop strategies to meet client objectives and prioritize issue resolution.
  • Requirements:
  • University degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Digital marketing experience in a client-focused role.
  • Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills, particularly at an executive level.
  • Solid communication and project management skills.
  • Pasison for testing, measuring, and improving outreach effectiveness.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
