**Our Team**
Our Client Engagement team sit within our broader Clients and Market Growth group at MinterEllison. The team is responsible for the successful evolution of our Client Engagement Innovation Program from beginning through to 'business as usual'. This is a key strategic program for the Firm.
There are two key components to this program:
- The successful scope and implementation of our Client Listening program through the commissioning, implementation and adoption of new tools and enablers which improve the way we work with our clients, people and communities
- In consultation with others, establishing practices to understand our clients' experience at each stage of the client journey and working with our business to develop and implement initiatives to understand client insight and themes, remediate issues, and enhance our client interactions
**Your Role**
We are looking for a highly organised team player to help drive our Client Listening program forward. This role has the flexibility to be based in Sydney, Canberra, Brisbane or Melbourne.
Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Head of Client Innovation & Engagement to manage the client listening program;
- Assisting with Client experience approach and rollout, including acting as a conduit between Client Market Growth teams to leverage ideas and knowledge;
- Supporting and, where necessary, driving the activation of client listening across the firm's go to market teams;
- Managing the firm's Client Listening database;
- Review and analyse data and identify trends and themes from the Client Listening program, proactively reporting back to the business;
- Working closely with the CEO and their team to manage and deliver on strategic client listening;
- Supporting creation and ongoing maintenance of the client listening and engagement templates;
- Working with digital team to maintain client engagement SharePoint site;
- Identifying Qualtrics and client listening training requirements, delivery and approach;
- Scoping and requirements development for the innovation tools rollout. This may include support for process analysis, data gathering, stakeholder engagement; and
- Data analysis and systems for innovation tools including CRM and proposal automation.
**About You**
- Strong communicaiton and relationship building skills;
- Ability to draft reports and initial analysis for key stakeholders, with excellent attention to detail;
- Digitally literate with a knowledge of, or willingess to learn our client engagement software including Qualtrics and SharePoint;
- Ability to take a lead on survey design and management, report generation and analysis;
- Well organised and capable of managing and prioritising multiple tasks and deadlines;
- Work across multiple stakeholder groups across the Firm to leverage client engagement opportunities;
- Understanding of Firm and stakeholder priorities around client engagement;
- Excellent initiative and problem solving skills;
- Resilience and a strong work ethic.
