Client Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Client Engagement Specialist to drive customer satisfaction and advocacy across our client base. The successful candidate will have experience in crafting compelling communications strategies, building meaningful relationships, and tracking key performance indicators.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute engagement calendars, including newsletters, webinars, and executive briefings
  • Create value-packed content that resonates with clients, from blog posts to social media
  • Coordinate events and gifts that surprise and delight clients, fostering deeper relationships
  • Analyze data to inform client engagement strategies, sharing insights with cross-functional teams
Requirements
  • Proven experience in internal marketing, client success, or account management within the MSP/IT sector
  • Campaign development and copywriting skills, coupled with analytical prowess
  • Understanding of CRM/marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot or ConnectWise
  • A natural influencer who can lead cross-functional projects without direct authority
