The new Chatswood Chase boutique represents the brand's next phase of growth in Sydney, offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to set the standard in client experience from day one.
Your New Role
The Client Engagement Specialist leads the stylist team on all areas of client relationships and engagement. The role is responsible for ensuring best practice in service, coaching the team on clienteling, and embedding the effective use of CRM to build long-term loyalty. It's a hands-on leadership position that combines direct client interaction with team development and strategy execution.
What You Will Get Up To
- Lead and coach stylists to deliver a luxury client experience across all touchpoints.
- Oversee CRM use in-store, ensuring accurate data capture, segmentation and follow-up activity.
- Design and implement personalised client journeys, including appointments, styling sessions and boutique events.
- Build strong one-to-one relationships with high-value clients, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
- Use CRM reporting to analyse client engagement, identify opportunities and support commercial goals.
- Provide training and feedback to the team to ensure clienteling standards are consistently met.
- Partner with store leadership to integrate client engagement into broader sales and performance objectives.
- Act as the escalation point for sensitive client matters, handling them with discretion and professionalism.
The Experience Checklist
- Previous experience in luxury or premium fashion retail, ideally in a client engagement, CRM or styling leadership role.
- A proven ability to coach and develop a team around service and client relationships.
- Confidence in using CRM platforms and applying data insights to engagement strategies.
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- A genuine interest in luxury fashion/ australian designers, styling and delivering personalised service.
- Professional, polished and client-first in approach.
