Lead Client Engagement SpecialistAbout the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Client Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our client partnerships team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies tailored to our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement Sales Strategies
  • Work closely with the client partner to understand their portfolio and develop targeted sales initiatives.
  • Monitor sales performance and progress against targets, taking proactive measures to address any deviations or obstacles.
Serve as a Contact for Clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain Accurate Records
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records are maintained in our CRM system, including client contact information, opportunities, sales activities, and communication history.
Required Skills and Qualifications

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies.
  • Sales Acumen
    • A solid understanding of sales principles and practices, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Organizational Abilities

  • Technical Skills
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and other software applications relevant to the role.
