Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive Mechanical Reliability Specialist to enhance our mobile maintenance strategies. Your role will be pivotal in driving reliability, reducing costs, and shaping the future of mobile maintenance.

As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with maintenance and production teams to identify issues, implement solutions, and support capital planning. Your work will focus on improving asset reliability using tools like RCM, FMEA, and root cause analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain long-term maintenance plans aligned with production goals
  • Create capital justifications and manage projects
  • Lead or support investigations into equipment failures
  • Coach and mentor teams in reliability practices
  • Contribute to safety planning and participate in toolbox meetings
  • Support budgeting and capital planning for mobile assets.
Requirements:

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coach and mentor teams in reliability practices. You should have experience with maintenance management software and be proficient in MS Office.

A strong understanding of reliability engineering principles, as well as experience with RCM, FMEA, and root cause analysis, is essential for this role.
