
High Level Executive Support Professional

A highly skilled Executive Support professional is required to provide exceptional support to a senior leader. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to manage complex calendars, correspondence, and administrative tasks with a high level of attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the first point of contact for key stakeholders, including clients, sector partners, government officials, and media representatives.
- Handle sensitive information with integrity and professionalism.
- Prioritise tasks, manage competing deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
- Manage complex calendars, correspondence, and administrative tasks for senior leaders.
- Anticipate needs, resolve issues, and provide solutions independently.
- Support Governance Manager in board communication portal and distribute governance documents timely.
- Organise board meetings, executive sessions, workshops, and events.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
- Support external communications and assist with internal and external projects.
- Organise domestic and international travel, accommodation, and event logistics.
- Represent the CEO's office professionally and courteously.
- Support strategic initiatives and operational priorities.
- Draft professional documents and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- BUILD strong relationships with executives, staff, board members, government representatives, and partners.
- Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration, or Executive Assistance.
- Experience in providing high-level executive support in a complex organisation.
- Administration duties experience no less than 5 years.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of client specific software applications.
- Commitment to high quality customer service.
