The Role: Executive Assistant
We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to provide high-level administrative support to senior executives within a state government organisation. This role requires exceptional organisational, communication and problem-solving skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide executive support to senior executives, including diary and email management, travel arrangements and meeting coordination.
- Manage multiple communication channels (Teams, text, email) efficiently to ensure seamless communication.
- Prepare documents and meeting papers (digital and hard copy) in a timely and professional manner.
- Arrange meetings, take minutes and coordinate travel when required, exercising sound judgement and discretion.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including senior executives, colleagues and external partners.
About the Position:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant. The successful candidate will have proven experience in providing high-level administrative support, ideally in a government environment, and will be proficient in Office 365 & Teams. A current Working with Children's Check and Australian work rights are also essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Office 365 & Teams.
- Current Working with Children's Check.
