Event Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team.

About The Role
  • Coordinate event space and clients prior to the event, ensuring seamless execution of logistics and vendor management.
  • Manage setup and pack down of the event space, guaranteeing timely completion of tasks.
  • Provide emergency venue support on the event day, assisting the Supervisor and customer service team as needed.
  • Book internal vendors for events and liaise with external vendors, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Coordinate with the Landlord to meet event requirements, including AC and security arrangements.
  • Brief venue staff during business hours to ensure smooth event operations, maintaining clear communication channels.
  • Coordinate catering, coffee stations, and other event specifics with T+G and venue supervisors, delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Assist clients in planning their events, understanding their vision, and liaising with the event host before the event, building strong relationships.
  • Conduct pre-event onboarding and post-event tours, providing personalized attention to detail.
  • Gather and relay post-event feedback, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess a customer-focused mindset, ability to follow directions, and strong relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholders.
  • Leadership experience, innovative thinking to enhance client experience, and proven experience in customer service or events roles are highly valued.
  • Excellent communication skills for navigating complex requests, adaptability, and agility in communication are essential.
