We are seeking a Regional Business Development Manager to join our Stryker team in NSW South. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled sales professional to grow our business in hospitals and aged care facilities by building strong customer relationships, providing tailored clinical solutions, and demonstrating long-term customer value.
This role will cover the entire region of NSW South, with approximately 20% travel involved. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Stryker Vocera products to meet our customers' needs, identifying, qualifying, and closing new customer sales opportunities in designated territory, and building and maintaining executive and key customer relationships through the C-suite to build trust and close deals.

About YouWe are looking for someone with 4+ years of successful direct healthcare sales experience in areas such as technology, software (clinical systems or other business applications), services, medical devices, wireless communications, pharmaceuticals. You should have executive presence and influencing skills, excellent negotiation and the ability to close sales.
Demonstrated proficiency in managing complex sales cycles typically defined as six months or longer with multiple stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers at multiple levels is also required. A solid understanding of communication technology trends and industry dynamics in healthcare is essential.
You should be able to effectively convert leads into new relationships and closed deals, and have a proven track record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding sales quotas.
