About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Vice President – Regional Management to join our team in Asia Pacific. The successful candidate will report directly to the Managing Partner, Regional Head of Global Client Group (based in Sydney) and indirectly to the Managing Director, Fundraise Management (based in New York).

The Senior Vice President – Regional Management will be responsible for designing and executing all aspects of the regional Global Client Group business plan. This includes interfacing with investors and external advisors, managing stakeholder relationships, identifying issues and proactively managing risk, and formulating and assessing new regional client strategies.

The role also involves partnering with the global fundraise management team to drive the fundraising lifecycle for Brookfield's global investment strategies. This includes customizing and implementing the fundraise strategy in the Asia Pacific region, coordinating all stakeholder groups, developing and implementing the strategy for generating investor interest and driving momentum, and facilitating key decisions throughout the fundraising process.

In addition, the Senior Vice President – Regional Management will lead the APAC Fundraise Management team, strategically review fund-specific marketing materials, and act as senior representative for fundraise management in Asia Pacific in GCG leadership meetings.

We are looking for a proven leader with demonstrated ability to assess, develop, and motivate individuals and teams not located in one geography. Strong relationship management skills across multiple countries, excellent planning and organisational skills, and the ability to develop a strong internal/external network are essential.

The estimated salary for this role is between $250,000 to $400,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a competitive package, including bonus, stock options, and comprehensive health insurance.
