About the Role:

We estimate the salary for this Business Development and Growth Specialist role to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This is a professional environment where your career path really matters and is supported in our global organization. You will play a crucial role in contributing to the growth objectives of Honan by managing and developing business within our Real Estate team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and conduct sales calls and presentations to maintain a large portfolio of potential accounts and a high frequency of sales work.
  • Utilize existing networks, account leads, and research to gain business or interest from small, straight-forward potential accounts in a delegated region or industry.
  • Assist senior colleagues with various aspects of the deal process to gain broad exposure, new relationships, and relevant experience.
  • Maintain awareness of market occurrences, including important developments, trends, competitors' positioning, and contract status to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Draft comprehensive due diligence reports and presentations containing qualitative and quantitative assessments in response to a request for proposal or to assist a senior colleague to gain business.
  • Construct targeted marketing plans for business offerings and concepts directed at small potential accounts and complex marketing plans for use by senior colleagues.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in insurance or real estate.
  • Demonstrate experience in sales.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in CRM systems.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in managing client expectations and delivering on service commitments.
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
