**Job Title:** Senior Proposal Specialist- Federal Market

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Proposal Specialist- Federal Market to lead our proposal development team in driving business growth and success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating marketing activities, resources, and schedules to accomplish proposal production, public relations, advertising, and marketing/sales objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with division leaders, business development, marketing, and other stakeholders to set priorities and plan strategies to achieve sales objectives.
  • Execute the production and design of qualifications, proposals, presentations, award submittals, and other marketing assignments.
  • Develop marketing campaigns and social media strategies, including analyzing market data, creating targeted messaging, developing content, landing pages, and tracking ROI.
  • Prepare business development documents and assist in marketing strategy development.

**Requirements:*

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism, business administration, or a related technical field.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience, with 5+ years in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (AEC) industry preferred.

**Desirable Skills:*

  • 8+ years leading federal design-build proposals.
  • Strong background with compliance-based proposals.
  • Familiarity with SAM, PIEE, and DoD SAFE.
  • Thorough understanding of DoD terminology and procurement procedures.

**Working Conditions:*

  • Ambulatory skills to visit locations, ability to stand, walk, kneel, and lift light to medium weights (10-50 pounds).
