
Federal Business Development Specialist

This role offers a unique opportunity to drive business growth and develop strategic partnerships. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying high-value opportunities, building trusted relationships with agency decision-makers, and overseeing compliant proposals that meet customer needs.
About the Opportunity- Lead Pipeline Growth: Develop and implement strategies to identify and pursue high-value federal opportunities.
- Strategic Capture Leadership: Prioritize and lead capture plans, building relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Agency Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, leading meetings and briefings as needed.
- Proposal Excellence: Oversee the development of compliant, compelling proposals that meet RFP requirements.
- Win Business: Drive a proposal win rate of 20% or higher, resulting in significant new contract value.
- Extensive experience in federal business development, capture, or proposal leadership roles.
- Proven success winning large-scale federal contracts.
- Experience working with DOD, IC, or federal civilian agencies.
- Deep knowledge of federal procurement, capture strategy, and RFP development.
- Strong executive presence, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and develop partner strategies.
