Marketing / Proposals Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity for a **Marketing / Proposals Coordinator** to join our Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne Team, initially a 12-month fixed term contract with potential for permanent role beyond that.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The **Marketing / Proposals Coordinator** reports to two Branch Managers or their designee, and will work collaboratively with the Corporate Marketing Department. Work is performed under the direction of technical staff in the Branches responsible for development of new business. Work is executed under general guidance with limited supervision.

Graphic Design & Content Creation
- Develop social media templates, capability statements, standard templates, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
- Design and coordinate printed materials for conferences and industry events.

Photography & Videography
- Coordinate content updates for our library, including photography and videography.
- While production gear is not essential, familiarity with production workflows would be a bonus.

Corporate Marketing & Relationships
- Liaise with corporate marketing teams and action groups for support as needed.
- Schedule regular catch-ups and maintain strong connections with internal and external stakeholders.

Collateral & Qualifications Materials
- Coordinate the development of new materials and updates to existing ones.
- Draft templates for news announcements (internal and external) and coordinate practitioner approvals.
- Maintain master resumes, project descriptions, imagery, and the content library.

Proposals & Qualifications Production
- Support the preparation of client presentations and visual materials.
- Assist with proposal production, including editing, graphics, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Maintain content libraries, winning examples, and templates.
- Gather and analyse research data on clients, competitors, and relevant markets.
- Create and manage MS Teams sites for proposal teams, organizing critical information and ensuring smooth collaboration.

Industry Events & Sponsorships
- Track and share event planning information with practitioners.
- Coordinate with action groups, industry associations, and external vendors to meet sponsorship requirements.
- Research event attendees and manage event information.

Ensuring Brand Consistency & Cohesion
- Work on co-branded templates, ensuring alignment between Red Earth Engineering and Geosyntec Australia.
- Strengthen our unified group presence across social media, the website, and news items.
- Collaborate on upcoming initiatives from Corporate Marketing aimed at unifying the brand across regions.
- Promote a cohesive visual and messaging strategy to reinforce the connection between the two entities.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

- Relevant Bachelor's degree (marketing, advertising or Media)
- 2 + years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. (required)
- Technical suite skills: ability to create/work with MS templates, Adobe InDesign templates, CRM tools. (required)
- Experience with the production of technical proposals. (preferred)
- Working knowledge of production techniques to support proposal, presentation, or other sales and marketing activities. (required)
- Formatting, writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail. (required)
