Bid Coordinator Opportunity

We're seeking an individual to fill the role of Bid Coordinator. This position plays a pivotal part in shaping our success by contributing to the creation of high-quality marketing proposals and presentations.

The successful candidate will work closely with team members to coordinate the production of RFP-compliant documents, ensuring that all submissions are accurate and meet the required standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Active participation in proposal document development
  • Independently responding to routine requests for information from project team members during bid processes
  • Creating and populating forms for proposal submissions, adhering to the company's proposal development process and brand initiatives
  • Accurate tracking of pursuits through CRM systems
  • Laying out and formatting proposals and other marketing materials
  • Coordinating and assisting with the production, packaging, and tracking of proposals for delivery, ensuring timely submission

Desired Skills and Qualifications

Individuals with demonstrated experience working in similar roles within Work Winning/Bids/Proposal teams will be considered. Experience in preparing proposals and bids in technical or consulting industries is also beneficial.

Required skills include:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Excellent written and communication skills, with the ability to correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, and narrative flow
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to create and follow detailed checklists and schedules
