Role Summary

The Acquisition Specialist's primary objective is to deliver high-quality leads to the global sales teams. This role involves strategic optimization of the inbound acquisition funnel, incorporating paid and organic initiatives to attract premium prospects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ownership and management of prospecting/demand generation performance across owned and paid platforms
  • Briefing and testing of campaign assets focused on acquiring new customers
  • Funnel optimization - focusing on both geographic and channel perspectives
  • Plan, brief, review and approve content for non-paid channels as required
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on collective problem-solving to optimize the customer journey
  • Communicate key performance data, insights and actionable recommendations to leadership
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and identify strategic opportunities accordingly
Desired Experience:

3-5 years experience in a global B2B acquisition/demand generation role, with proven success in managing campaigns driving engagement, MQLs and sales opportunities.

Familiarity with CRM tools/marketing automation platforms - Hubspot preferred

Understanding of Google Analytics & Google Search Console

Strong writing and communication skills

Previous experience in industries such as SaaS, startups or travel/tourism sectors would be beneficial
