About This Position

We're seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in a key partnering role with a leading organization in the mining and construction sectors.

This specialist will drive recruitment for 4 regional sites, predominantly hiring field or workshop service technicians.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with a dynamic team at our Fairfield office 3 days per week, while enjoying the flexibility of working from home (WFH) for the other 2 days.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to understand their unique workforce needs and create tailored solutions that drive impactful recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize your expertise and creativity to uncover top talent in a competitive market, showcasing your exceptional talent sourcing, attraction, and engagement skills.
  • Collaborate with a high-performing team, learn from industry experts, and elevate your career within a global organization.
About You
  • You have a background in successfully handling high-volume recruitment needs, ideally in the mining/ industrial environment, with specific expertise in the technician space.
  • You excel at building relationships with hiring managers, understanding their needs, and communicating effectively throughout the recruitment process.
  • You thrive under pressure, adapt quickly, and consistently meet hiring targets.
  • You are highly organized, manage multiple tasks effectively, and remain calm in challenging situations.
