The Role

Cloud Acquisition Technical Specialist Job Description

As a Cloud Acquisition Technical Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in helping businesses achieve their digital transformation goals by delivering Microsoft solutions and partners.

  • This is a hybrid work model where we shift our focus towards customer needs while providing valuable services across Modern Work and Security.

We are seeking an expert to help customers adapt to significant changes in the way they work. You will be part of a rapidly growing industry segment that realizes value from the Microsoft Cloud.

Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate should be able to:

  • Scale Customer Engagements: Proactively win the technical decision for the customer.
  • Scale Through Partners: Engage in partner sell-with scenarios by contributing to the facilitation of technical engagements and partnering with colleagues to manage the sales process.
  • Build Strategy: Influence competitive strategy leveraging partner and internal teams.
  • Solution Design & Proof: Identify and apply existing demonstration assets.
  • Technical Leadership: Share ideas, insight, and strategic-technical input with internal and external communities.
Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Advanced fluency in Thai or Vietnamese and business English.
  • Relevant certifications from Microsoft or competing platforms.
