As part of our team, you will play a critical role in managing major incidents and problems to ensure seamless operations and minimise service disruptions.
This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities to drive efficiency and effectiveness across IT services.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing escalations, with 5+ years' experience in an IT Service Management environment.
You will be responsible for serving as the single point of contact for all complex escalated issues, facilitating communication and escalation across teams, and leading during critical situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the single point of contact for all complex escalated issues
- Facilitate communication and escalation across teams
- Lead during critical situations, including DR/BCP scenarios
- Document incidents for root cause analysis and impact analysis
- Track and analyse trends of escalated issues to highlight areas of risk
Requirements:
- Proven track record in managing escalations
- 5+ years' experience in an IT Service Management environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask during high-pressure situations
- Experience with Incident and Problem Management process and tools
