We are seeking an expert in Incident and Problem Management to join our team as a Critical Incident Coordinator.

Description:

The Critical Incident Coordinator plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality Incident and Problem Management Services. Key responsibilities include managing the incident lifecycle from identification through to resolution and restoration of service, coordinating technical teams and stakeholders, and producing quality reports and documentation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and resolve critical incidents to ensure minimal disruption to services.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to implement effective problem-solving strategies.
  • Develop and maintain quality assurance processes for Incident and Problem Management.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing and previous cases to inform continuous service improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in IT Service Support Management.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and principles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of ITSM tools and technologies.
