Critical Incident Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled clinician to provide clinical case management, including escalations, in a timely and efficient manner while adhering to policy and procedure requirements.
About the Role- Deliver psychological first aid and psycho-education to clients affected by critical incidents, utilizing your strong background in the EAP industry, clinical services, and wellbeing support.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Clinical Leads and Service Delivery Managers, to ensure cohesive service delivery.
This role offers a dynamic and positive team environment where you can apply your clinical expertise in critical incident management and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their employees.
The Ideal Candidate- Is a certified clinician with a minimum of three years of post-graduate experience, passionate about helping others through crisis situations and providing exceptional customer service.
- Has a proven track record of managing complex cases, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory obligations, and delivering results-driven solutions.
