As a skilled and compassionate clinician, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality critical incident support to impacted individuals and organizations.
Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced expert in clinical services and wellbeing support to join our team. In this challenging and rewarding role, you will provide psychological first aid and psycho-education to clients affected by critical incidents, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure cohesive service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical case management, including escalations, in a timely and efficient manner
- Deliver psychological first aid and psycho-education to clients affected by critical incidents
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Clinical Leads and Service Delivery Managers, to ensure cohesive service delivery
- A strong background in the EAP industry, clinical services, and wellbeing support
- At least three years of post-graduate experience
- Proficient in managing complex cases, collaborating effectively with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory obligations
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact empathetically and proactively with all stakeholders
