Activity Management Field Officer

We are seeking an experienced Activity Management Field Officer to join our team in Hobart, TAS. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to support customers through Work for the Dole activities.

This role is ideal for individuals with strong interpersonal and organisational skills, who can build positive relationships with employers, community groups and stakeholders. You will work autonomously, identifying potential host organisations that can offer individual/group placements that meet the demands of the region.

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. This position also offers excellent benefits, including EAP support, gender-neutral paid parental leave, superannuation contributions, annual leave, long service leave and flexible working arrangements.

If you have a proven track record in business development and account management, or similar roles, we encourage you to apply. Your ability to negotiate business solutions with external providers, communicate effectively and problem-solve will be highly regarded.
