Taking on the role of Manager Strategic Programs at the Department of State Growth presents a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in strategic advice, program management, and leadership.
About the Role:
- This is a fixed-term, full-time position for two years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level strategic guidance and recommendations to the department on all aspects of assigned programs.
- Establish close working relationships with program partners and project consultants to drive successful outcomes.
- Oversee all phases of program and project management, including resource allocation, contract administration, and quality assurance.
- Manage grant deed development and reporting, ensuring efficient and effective risk management processes.
- Brief senior stakeholders and represent the Agency in high-level forums as required.
- Engage key consultants and provide strategic direction to ensure timely decision-making.
Benefits and Requirements:
This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary range of AU$100,000 - AU$120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
