Taking on the role of Manager Strategic Programs at the Department of State Growth presents a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in strategic advice, program management, and leadership.

About the Role:

  • This is a fixed-term, full-time position for two years.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide high-level strategic guidance and recommendations to the department on all aspects of assigned programs.
  2. Establish close working relationships with program partners and project consultants to drive successful outcomes.
  3. Oversee all phases of program and project management, including resource allocation, contract administration, and quality assurance.
  4. Manage grant deed development and reporting, ensuring efficient and effective risk management processes.
  5. Brief senior stakeholders and represent the Agency in high-level forums as required.
  6. Engage key consultants and provide strategic direction to ensure timely decision-making.

Benefits and Requirements:

This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary range of AU$100,000 - AU$120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
