Job Title: Ecommerce Growth Specialist

We are seeking an experienced ecommerce growth specialist to drive strategy, innovation, and growth for a much-loved lifestyle brand.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategy and collaborate on the execution of direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales growth via Shopify, search engine optimization (SEO), user experience (UX), loyalty, and conversion optimization.
  • Own marketplace performance - identifying new channel opportunities, optimizing listings, and managing integrations.
  • Develop and implement data-led growth initiatives based on customer insights and market trends.
  • Identify and test new technologies, automation tools, and marketplace integrations to drive efficiency.
  • Collaborate in the commercial management of the inventory system.
  • Drive email campaigns via analysis and segmentation.
  • Collaborate in the development of a loyalty, reviews, and user-generated content programme.
  • Optimize paid media performance across social media platforms, combining agency partnerships with internal management.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare strategic performance reports, and present actionable recommendations.
  • Stay ahead of ecommerce trends and identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in ecommerce and digital retail.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling a brand, with ownership of ecommerce strategy and execution.
  • Experience managing marketplaces and understanding their commercial levers.
  • Strong Shopify expertise: including optimisations, integrations, SEO, and Google Shopping.
  • Innovative and holistic thinker who utilizes ecommerce and digital retail trends for commercial growth.
  • Passion for A/B testing with a successful record.
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills – you know how to back your ideas with data to drive growth.
  • You're competent with analytics tools like Google Analytics 4 and Hotjar.
  • Strong understanding of CRM, loyalty strategies, and email marketing software.
  • Ability to take a big-picture commercial view while rolling up your sleeves to execute.
  • Experience with and passion for leveraging AI tools to automate and improve processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience setting up and managing paid social media campaigns.
  • Background in fashion, gifting, lifestyle, or baby/children's product categories.
  • Familiarity with Asian ecommerce markets and consumer behavior.
  • Proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin.
