Ecommerce Manager Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to lead our online presence and drive sales growth.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive ecommerce strategies to enhance customer experience and boost revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set and achieve ecommerce goals, aligning marketing efforts with business objectives.
About the Role

This is a mid-senior level, full-time position within the Sales and Business Development department. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or online retail operations.

  • Familiarity with platforms like Shopify or Magento.
  • Experience optimizing product pages, checkout flows, and implementing A/B testing.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, attribution models, and understanding customer metrics (AOV, LTV, CAC).
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead digital marketing initiatives that personalize and optimize the customer journey to increase engagement and sales.
  2. Create and set on-site marketing strategies for all major campaign launches to maximize conversion.
  3. Set OKRs (Objectives & Key Results) that align cross-functional teams with ecommerce sales targets.
