Ecommerce Strategy Lead

Drive business growth through effective ecommerce strategy and execution.

  • Develop and implement a detailed ecommerce growth strategy across all marketing channels.
  • Owning the business volume, revenue and profit targets across our new Magento B2B commerce website.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer experience and drive conversion rates.
  • Manage high-performing teams, including hiring, performance management and training.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ecommerce.
Key Skills:
  • Proven experience in ecommerce strategy and execution.
  • Strong analytical and commercial awareness.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with ecommerce tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business, Hotjar, Google Tag Manager.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms such as Magento.
