Responsibilities will include:
- Managing bookings and ensuring practitioners run on time
- General reception duties, including call screening and message taking
- Incoming mail – scanning, filing, and distribution
- Outgoing – recording and disbursing accurately
- General cleanliness of common areas
Requirements:
- 1-2 years' experience in a similar role
- Computer skills and knowledge
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Microsoft Office Suite – Basic/Intermediate
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal
