  • Proven ability to consult with stakeholders to understand capability gaps and engage in co-solution design;">
  • Strong stakeholder influencing skills with the ability to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes;">
  • Proven track record for delivering learning projects and initiatives in time with agreed plans;">
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design principles, and learning technologies;">
  • Self-motivated with effective time management skills, including the ability to prioritise workload and deliver results;">
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to source a range of resourcing options to deliver on project requirements;">
  • Proven facilitation skills with the ability to deliver engaging learning and education content to large audiences in both face-to-face and virtual settings;">
  • Excellent oral communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to clearly articulate and present concepts and recommendations;">
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to produce a range of written documentation including briefs and learning materials;">
  • Proficient across the Microsoft Office suite, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;">
  • Highly collaborative, with a natural desire to seek input from colleagues to develop ideas and concepts;">
  • A growth mindset, with a curiosity for learning and continually evolving and improving our learning solutions;">
