
Business Relationship Manager

The Account Manager / Depot Specialist plays a vital role in blending client relationship support with hands-on device preparation and shipping tasks. This position focuses on managing a specific client account while performing select depot responsibilities. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, highly organized, and able to balance customer-facing duties with operational workload.
This role requires the ability to serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring prompt responses and proactive communication. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams is also essential.
Key responsibilities include tracking and managing account activities, service requests, and device orders. Addressing issues, escalating when needed, and following through to resolution are also critical components of this position.
In addition, the Account Manager / Depot Specialist will perform assigned depot tasks (staging, kitting, labeling, shipping) and process returns and prepare devices for redeployment. Maintaining accurate device records and following Proof of Delivery (POD) guidelines are also important responsibilities.
Ultimately, this role requires a strong team player who can coordinate with internal teams to meet deadlines and maintain quality.
