We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Relationship Specialist to manage and grow client relationships, ensuring their needs are met from project inception to completion.
This role involves preparing and presenting quotes, proposals, and product recommendations to clients, serving as the primary liaison between our company and assigned accounts, and developing and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, builders, and key decision-makers.

Key Skills and Qualifications:- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies, errors, or omissions in take-offs, orders, and specifications
- Experience in account management, sales, or customer service within the construction industry preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
