Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop relationships with clients, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve growth objectives.
  • Preconstruction Oversight: Manage the design, estimating, and project management teams to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
  • Presentation and Proposal Development: Lead the creation of compelling presentations and proposals to secure new business and expand existing client relationships.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster effective communication among senior leaders, including Design Consultants, General Managers, Directors of Operations, and the VP/Manager of Estimating, to maintain a high-performing management team.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in the local industrial warehouse sector, with a strong track record of construction leadership.
  • An undergraduate degree in engineering, construction management, or a relevant field, with a focus on business acumen and strategic planning.
  • Proven expertise in client development, deal closure, and business growth, with a strong network of industry contacts.
  • Experience managing preconstruction services and leveraging subcontractor relationships to drive efficiency and profitability.
