We are seeking a skilled Business Relationship Specialist to maintain and grow relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met from project initiation to completion.
This role plays a critical part in our business by building strong connections with contractors, builders, and key decision-makers. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
The Business Relationship Specialist will prepare and present quotes, proposals, and product recommendations to clients. They will also serve as the primary liaison between our company and assigned accounts, identifying and pursuing opportunities for growth and new business.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and builders.
- Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and product recommendations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and project details.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies, errors, or omissions.
- Experience in account management, sales, or customer service within the construction industry preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
