Expert Learning Designer Wanted

The Education sector is seeking an expert in learning design to work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in the creation and development of high-quality training courses.

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled professional who can develop engaging face-to-face, e-learning, and online training materials. Your role will involve working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to identify training needs, curriculum, and modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, implement, and monitor interactive learning experiences, programs, and platforms.
  • Collaborate with managers and internal stakeholders to drive training innovation and excellence.
  • Develop user-centric systems and quick reference guides that meet business needs.
  • Monitor training module feedback and review and/or improve systems accordingly.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Proven experience in learning and development with a focus on designing and developing learning content.
  • Strong understanding of learning design methodologies (ADDIE, storyboarding, etc.).
  • Evidence of building courses through Articulate 360/Storyline/Camtasia.
  • Experience using Canvas LMS, JavaScript, H5P, and/or Graphic Design.
