Training and Development Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Training and Development Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our company by developing and implementing effective training programs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, planning, scheduling and facilitating adult learning programs to meet the needs of our employees
  • Assisting with the implementation of new Learning Management System (LMS) and digital tools to enhance the learning experience
  • Developing processes and mechanisms to identify learning and development requirements and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor degree involving studies in adult education, psychology and/or Human Resources Management
  • A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • 3-5 years of experience working in an L&D team or a position substantially involving L&D responsibilities
