About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Knowledge Support Specialist to join our team in Sydney. This newly created role will work closely with the Knowledge Lead and play an essential part in supporting the Workplace team to maintain competitive advantage and enhance the efficiency of knowledge nationally.

The successful candidate will assist in centralising and curating the firm's knowledge base, facilitating efficient knowledge sharing and collaboration across the firm and ensuring that the firm's intellectual assets are leveraged to their fullest potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the legal knowledge database to ensure accuracy and accessibility
  • Coordinate client updates and training initiatives
  • Develop consistency in formatting presentations and other materials
  • Maintain and improve the firm's knowledge repositories
  • Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration
  • Monitor and report on the usage and effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives
About You

We are looking for someone with experience in project coordination or knowledge management. Strong written and oral communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are essential, as well as the ability to confidently present information to a range of stakeholders.

You should have a strong interest in generative AI and document automation, and be able to build and leverage relationships internally and externally.

A highly organised individual with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once is required, as well as a collaborative team player with a passion for finding better ways to capture, re-use and share knowledge.

A proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a desire to learn and improve is essential, along with excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
