Job Role: Training & Solution Specialist

Our organization is seeking an exceptional professional to join our team as a Training & Solution Specialist. This is a dynamic role that involves delivering training sessions, adapting training needs, and evaluating effectiveness.

We are looking for a skilled individual who can train in various methodologies including stand-up presentation, group facilitation, demonstration, and remote delivery. The ideal candidate will be able to assess training needs and determine objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine training needs of staff and adapt training accordingly
  • Conduct training sessions to maximise knowledge of product specifications and enhance sales
  • Update, maintain and evaluate effectiveness of new and existing training manuals and materials
  • Work with colleagues to ensure assigned training is delivered as per standard
  • Train Field Sales Representatives on product range and capabilities

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-4 years' experience in retail/customer support/training role or similar field
  • Ability to train in various methodologies including stand-up presentation, group facilitation, demonstration, and remote delivery
  • Ability to assess training needs and determine objectives
