Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Knowledge Development Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and implementing effective knowledge management strategies that drive business growth and excellence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality knowledge products and services that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders. This includes developing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date knowledge repositories, as well as facilitating collaboration and knowledge-sharing across teams.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement knowledge management strategies that align with business objectives
  • Deliver high-quality knowledge products and services that meet client and stakeholder needs
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge repositories
  • Facilitate collaboration and knowledge-sharing across teams
  • Analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, library science)
  • At least 5 years of experience in a related field (e.g. knowledge management, consulting)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint
