About the Role

The role of a Learning and Development Specialist is pivotal in shaping organisational knowledge.

This position involves planning, coordinating, designing, and delivering learning programs across various programs and divisions.

  • Coordinate delivery of face-to-face, blended, and e-learning programs on our Learning Management System.
  • Liaise with internal and external trainers and suppliers to identify potential training packages and solutions.
  • Develop or contribute to the development of internal training resources, including visual displays and presentations.
  • Design learning content based on sound instructional design principles and adult learning principles.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities, including feedback and debriefing with manager and observations by other trainers.
  • Administrative duties including providing reports to internal stakeholders and maintaining accurate data in the LMS.

This includes contributing to the implementation of our 70/20/10 learning framework and working with diverse stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
