This role is ideal for individuals who want to help older Australians live their best lives with dignity, choice, and respect.As a Personal Care Worker at Lutheran Homes Barossa, you will:Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities such as grooming, mobility, and mealsSupport residents' emotional, social, and physical wellbeingDevelop meaningful relationships with residents, their families, and other staffWork collaboratively with nurses and allied health professionalsBe a valued and respected member of a supportive, resident-focused teamWe understand that working in aged care is both rewarding and demanding.
