Drive Business Success with a Strategic HR Leader

ClearCompany is seeking an experienced HR Manager to spearhead their national HR initiatives and drive business growth. As a key member of the leadership team, you will partner with stakeholders to identify talent gaps and develop strategies for attracting, retaining, and developing top talent.

The Role

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational performance.
  • Partner with the leadership team to identify talent gaps and develop strategies for attracting, retaining, and developing top talent.
  • Manage employee relations and compliance with employment laws, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Develop and improve operational policies and frameworks to support business growth and success.
  • Lead union negotiations and manage collective bargaining agreements.
  • Drive organizational change initiatives and manage the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a supply chain, logistics, or similar industry, with a strong understanding of business operations.
  • Proven experience in managing successful change and transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrable experience in a hands-on HR role, with a strong focus on stakeholder management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
