About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Revantage Springboard as a Strategic HR Business Partner, where you will play a key role in shaping the organization's HR strategy and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Advisory Services
    • Provide strategic guidance on talent management, organizational design, compensation, benefits, engagement, employee relations, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and organizational change management.
    • Offer timely advice and coaching to Line Management and develop recommendations to resolve people-related issues.
  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
    • Collaborate with management and employees to promote positive employee relations, maintain a positive work environment, boost morale, and reduce turnover.
    • Work with Line Management to build and implement recruitment solutions in line with business needs.
    • Provide recommendations and solutions covering specific areas of recruitment, including organizational resourcing needs analysis, recruitment market trends analysis, candidate selection, vendor management, analysis of recruitment metrics, and/or other recruitment services.
  • Employee Engagement and Development
    • Provide interpretation and counsel to Line Management regarding recruitment policies, programs, and practices.
    • Help identify training needs and facilitate informational sessions as needed.
  • Administrative Support
    • Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks, including letter generation and HR reporting.
Key Working Relationships

This role requires strong relationships with:

  • Senior Leadership and employees of Revantage Springboard.
  • Recruitment Vendors and other providers of P&C services on occasion.
  • The P&C team locally and internationally.
  • Revantage Senior Leadership locally and internationally.
  • Revantage employees in Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore.
What You Bring to the Role

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Senior HR Advisory or P&C business partner role, with a strong understanding of HR & ER practices.
  • Strong consulting, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
  • Relationship management and influencing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and highly service-oriented.
  • Strong analytical, data management, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Technical proficiency, ideally in the Microsoft Office suite, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
