About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team at WSP Global Inc. As a key member of our national HR Business Partnering team, you will play a critical role in driving our ambitious people agenda and delivering strategic HR solutions to support the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Partnership: Partner with national leadership groups to develop and implement strategic HR plans that align with our business objectives.
  • HR Solutions: Design and deliver tailored HR solutions to support the needs of our business, including talent acquisition, learning and development, and employee engagement.
  • Change Management: Lead and support change management initiatives to drive cultural transformation and improve business outcomes.
  • Coaching and Development: Provide coaching and development opportunities to leaders and employees to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Project Management: Manage projects of varying complexity, including M&A change management and strategic planning initiatives.
Requirements
  • Senior Generalist HR Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior generalist HR role, with a proven track record of delivering strategic HR solutions.
  • HR Qualifications: Degree-qualified in Human Resources or a related field, with formal HR qualifications.
  • Coaching and Development: Coaching qualifications and Mental Health First Aid certification are highly desirable.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and understanding of the professional services industry.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
