About the Role

FourQuarters Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for delivering strategic HR initiatives and partnering with our business leaders to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic HR Partnering: Partner with our business leaders to execute the people strategy, ensuring alignment to our vision and long-term strategy and operational plans.
  • HR Advice and Support: Provide HR advice and support to our leaders regarding employee relations matters, employee performance, and disciplinary matters, including investigations.
  • Insightful Analytics and Reporting: Provide insightful analytics, trends, and recommended actions to our clients to guide planning, program design, decision-making, and measures of success.
  • Culture of Inclusion: Build a culture of inclusion by infusing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategies into talent acquisition, manager growth and development, employee experience, and organization design.
  • Leadership Coaching: Coach our leaders through people cyclic processes, organizational issues, talent strategies, and leadership development.
  • Training and Development: Implement and deliver training and development programs that support employee growth, organizational needs, and compliance.
  • Union and Regulatory Management: Manage interactions and foster relationships with various unions, regulators, subcontractors, and client representatives.
  • HR Strategy Development: Work with our broader HR team to develop and deliver against key aspects of our strategy.
  • Health, Safety, and Wellness: Champion initiatives and implement programs to enhance the employee experience, promote a positive work environment and safety culture, and support overall employee well-being, work-life balance, and mental health.
